Online Candidate Registration (IRK)The candidate registers in the IRK system and makes a payment to the individual account generated for each candidate in the IRK system. The payment must be credited to the university's account by July 15, 2025 |

Entering data and uploading document scans in the IRK system by candidatesThe candidate enters personal data and scans of required documents into the IRK system. The list of required documents can be found in the catalogues of individual programs in IRK. For programs where required, the candidate should attach, for example, reproductions of works (portfolio); a motivation letter; and a recording - by the email addresses provided on the IRK page of the specific program. Failure to enter data and scans of required documents according to the guidelines in IRK by the specified deadline, i.e., by July 14, 2025, will mean withdrawal from applying for admission to the first year of studies!!! Original documents entitling you to study must be submitted and presented (for inspection) to the Dean's Office of the respective Faculty by 17 October 2025. |

Information regarding medical examinations confirming no contraindications for undertaking studies (only for programs where required)The candidate should report to the Student Affairs Department to receive a referral for medical examinations conducted by an occupational medicine physician. |
