Zasady kwalifikacji

Qualification criteria

Applicants are expected to demonstrate a good ear for music and their musicianship, as well as their skills of playing a musical instrument/instruments of their own choice or singing ability, according to the chosen specialty.

Exam at the university

grade from the secondary school matura exam (secondary school certificate) in the native language -10%

candidate's auditory aptitude test – 50 %

presentation of a varied program on a selected instrument or a vocal performance - 40 %

Technical requirements for audio-video recordings

The recording must be sent by 10/07/2023 at the latest via the WeTransfer or TransferNow platforms to the following address: mwpp_rekrutacja@ujd.edu.pl

The file should be named according to the following scheme: Direction_name_Specialization_Specialization_Name_and_Surname_of the candidate

Accepted audio-video file formats are: .mp4, .mpeg4, .avi, .mpg, .dvd, .mov

The recording can be made with any recording device.

The camera shot should include the candidate's silhouette.

Editing of the recorded material is not allowed.

The candidate is responsible for the final shape and quality of the recording.

When uploading recordings via the wetransfer.com platform, the file size cannot exceed 2GB, and via the transfernow.net platform, the file size cannot exceed 5GB.

 

UJD is not responsible for the inability to send files within the set date due to problems with the Candidate's access to the Internet or temporary overload of data transfer platforms.

 

RECRUITMENT OF FOREIGNERS FOR FIRST-CYCLE STUDIES IN ENGLISH

When registering, a foreign candidate for first-cycle studies:

According to Article 40 § 4 of the Administrative Procedure Code of 14 June 1960, "A party who does not have a place of residence or habitual residence or a registered office in the Republic of Poland, another European Union Member State, the Swiss Confederation, or a European Free Trade Association (EFTA) state - a party to the agreement on the European Economic Area, if they have not appointed a representative for conducting the case residing in the Republic of Poland and are not acting through a consul of the Republic of Poland, is obliged to indicate a representative for deliveries in the Republic of Poland."

All documents prepared in a language other than Polish should be translated into Polish by

The translation can be done by a translation agency, but it must be certified by a Polish diplomatic mission or a sworn translator. Translations certified by a notary are not accepted.

Tuition fees:

According to the Rector's Order, the tuition fee for foreigners studying in full-time programs is PLN 9880 per academic year, payable in two instalments.

Accommodation:

Foreign students who submit an application can be provided with accommodation in the "SKRZAT" Student House - www.skrzat.ujd.edu.pl Rooms in the "SKRZAT" Student House are typically single, double, or triple occupancy. The monthly fee is PLN 300 per person for a double room, as specified in the Rector's Order at Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa.
